We are always looking for passionate, dedicated people to add to our team. If you love kids and want to be part of a high-energy, caring community of teachers — we want to meet you.
Our staff is our greatest strength. The majority of our team has been with us for over five years. That doesn't happen by accident — it happens when you build a workplace where people genuinely want to stay.
We invest seriously in our teachers. From onboarding to ongoing professional development, you'll learn more here than at any other child care provider in the area — and your career will reflect it.
Working at an accredited center means you're part of the top tier of early childhood education — recognized nationally for quality, curriculum, and professional expectations.
The culture here is warm, supportive, and collaborative. Leadership is present, approachable, and genuinely invested in your success. When you join ABC, you join a community — not just a staff roster.
Whether you want to move from classroom to lead teacher, or from lead teacher into an administrative or management role, ABC is a place where dedication is noticed and advancement is real.
Nutritious breakfast, hot lunch, and afternoon snack are prepared daily for our children — and our staff eats well too. One less thing to think about on a busy day.
The early years are the most formative years of a child's life. The work you do here matters — to kids, to families, and to the Temecula community we've served for over 30 years.
ABC Child Care isn't just a place to work — it's a place where educators genuinely thrive. Our leadership team, led by Angel and Shawn, has built a culture of warmth, accountability, and joy that permeates every classroom at both of our Temecula locations.
When you attend one of our special events, you'll see what we mean. When you walk through our halls, you'll feel it. The #ABCcares community is about kids, staff, families, and the whole Temecula community — and as a teacher here, you're at the center of all of it.
You don't have to have decades of experience to join our team — but you do need the right heart, the right attitude, and a genuine love of children. Here's what we look for in every team member.
This isn't just a job — it's a calling. We hire people who light up around kids, because children can always tell the difference.
Our classrooms run on collaboration. You'll work closely with co-teachers, lead teachers, and admin — and we all support each other.
Some Early Childhood Education units are helpful, but not always required. We'll help you grow and get certified — that's part of our commitment to you.
All staff must pass a background check and maintain current First Aid and CPR certifications. We'll help you get certified if you're not already.
